But the more you all say it's bollocks, the more they insist it to be true.

How can you ever know for absolute sure whether it's the truth or a big white lie?

At last a show which proves once and for all if that mate's fantastical story is fact or fiction.

THE SHOW

Over the two hours of our live show, our crack team of on-air hosts and backroom researchers will get to the bottom of four tall (or not so tall) stories.

Just say your best mate has a story that he once had a threesome with two beauty pageant twins on a holiday in Hawaii. It's our job to track down these twins and get their side of the story.

Or the story from other eyewitnesses who might have been on the holiday too. The concierge who saw them arrive. The cleaning lady who tidied up the debris. The pageant organisers.

Some of the research will have to take place in advance - but it will be played out as live. Listeners can also ring in with their relevant knowledge or instinctive reactions to the story.

But the people we'll be tracking down will be people who won't lie or distort the truth as the storyteller may have done. They are people who will independently confirm its validity - or lack of it.
